In the garden

Given some dwarf french beans (variety "Top of the pole") by Rosemary, planted them in large pot. As plants grew added canes, then taller canes.

Wet weather has caused damage on many leaves but good numbers of flowers and beans showing. Unsure what to do with beans so I'm leaving them to it.

Removed worst of leaves (yellow or attacked), new leaves seem in good shape.

19-07-07 - first meal of beans. Delicious! (see picture of first crop).
